Airport Transfer Services (‘a trading name of First Travel U.K Ltd’) agrees to hire to the customer (‘the customer’) the vehicle(s) upon the following Terms and Conditions:(referred to in the agreement as ‘we, us or our’) acts as a disclosed agent for third party transport providers (the “Supplier”). The contract for the provision of transport service is between you and the Supplier. Please also note that as you are contracting directly with the supplier you may also be bound by their terms and conditions of booking. By ordering any services from our websites, you are entering into a contract with the supplier for the supply of services. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your booking.

 

The Customer shall be responsible for the conduct of all passengers. We reserve the right to invoice or make a charge to the customer’s credit card for any losses, repairs, replacement or valeting costs resulting from damage or fouling to the vehicle(s) or its/their fixtures caused by the customer or their clients.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at no loss or expense to ourselves.

The Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all vehicles.

It is not permitted to carry or consume food or drink in the vehicles.

The Company will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse directed to its Chauffeurs or other staff.

Vehicles are fully insured for third party and passenger claims. However, whilst every care may be taken, customers’ personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage of/to those items.

Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that baggage is accounted for and loaded into/unloaded from the vehicle prior to leaving the point of departure/arrival.

The Company will use reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive(s) at the agreed time and that they reach their destination on time. Customers should make sure they leave sufficient time to reach their destinations. The Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any delays however caused.

The Company may if required substitute vehicle hired if i.e.: Breakdown; Accident; Driver or Client delay out with The Companies control, to an alternative vehicle.

The Company allows a reasonable amount of luggage to be carried in its vehicles. Luggage, which in the opinion of the Driver amounts to excessive weight or amount will not be carried. A separate luggage vehicle or trailer can be supplied at an additional cost. Please ask if unsure.

The Company reserves the right to sub contract to other companies should the need arise.

Payments: All payments must be made at time of Booking, for Vehicle and Driver to be allocated to reservation.

Non Payments of Reservations: Any reservation were payment has Not been received, the Booking will automatically be cancelled within 6 hours prior to Booking Times.

Cancellations: for chauffeur vehicles up to 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF TRAVEL; FULL AMOUNT OF TOTAL INVOICE CHARGED

48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF TRAVEL; 50% OF TOTAL INVOICE CHARGED; MININUM CHARGE OF 20.00 sterling + VAT.

49 HRS TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF TRAVEL; 40% OF TOTAL INVOICE CHARGED; MININUM CHARGE OF 20.00 sterling + VAT.

OVER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF TRAVEL; 25% OF TOTAL INVOICE CHARGED; MININUM CHARGE OF 20.00 sterling + VAT.

Mini bus & coach hire Due to our high demand of Mini Bus & Coach Hire, 100% payment of all Reservations at time of booking. Cancellation fees of 50% of Total invoice to cover our costs of reserving the Vehicles.

Cancellation fees of 100% of Total invoice for cancellations of Mercedes V Class, Mini Bus or Coach booking within 72 hours of Reservation date.

Airport transfers.
The Company will endeavour to meet the client at the allotted place at the allotted time, we generally allow 45 mins. to 1 hour for International flights to clear after landing and 20 to 30 mins. for Domestic flights to clear. Please phone if you are a light traveller or are delayed at baggage reclaim or customs.

Suppliers Terms & Conditions.
Airport Transfer Services expect all Drivers to be Well Presented, Uniformed and Courteous towards all Clients at All Times and where requested, to assist clients in any additional requirements.

Airport Transfer Services expects all Vehicles supplied by suppliers to be Well Presented at all times, i.e.: Clean, Tidy & Properly maintained.

The Customer.
The Company does not accept responsibility for information wrongly input through the booking system.

Full payment would be withheld for failure to carry out a job due to wrong data being entered by the customer.
